Phantom of the Opera by Angeliika Phantom of the Opera by Angeliika
My goodness, its been a long while since Ive last submitted anything...

I have been a Phantom fan (or Phan) for a loong time, almost 20 years. I realised Ive never done any Phantom related art so now, with the Phantom25 extravaganza and the immensely talented Ramin Karimloo :faint:, was the time to do just that! :)

I might return to this and do a bit of rework later but Im quite happy how this turned out!

Paper size: A4
Time: 2 weeks on and off
Pencils: mainly Derwent 2b & 7b

::::::::::

Edit: Thank you so much for the faves and the comments!!!

Ramin is my favorite phantom of all time, and this is an amazing portrait of him.

I love it! This is one of the first pictures I have seen where the other side of Erics face actually looks like something you would be scared of and something he would have to cover up, many other versions of him without his mask portray him as way too pretty. Yet you still show the spark in his eye, and the fact that behind the disfigured face hides a beautifull mind... well beautifull and a little crazy at times... all the time... he's complicated! I love it anyhow ;) beautifull work!

You've captured the Phantom's disfiguration so perfectly, it's really beautiful.
